Alvaro was born in 1986 south Mexico close to Acapulco, in his early years he lived in Los Angeles in the 90’s.
In 2004 visited Puerto Vallarta on a short vacation and as it happens to most: fell in love with the town, he then decided to call this place “home” and joined the Touristic Business Administration field.
His business experience is oriented to all kind of customer service, he has worked from DMC travel agencies and 5 star hotels, taken several of the seminars and workgroups related to customer service and marketing available at that time.
8 years Ago he focused his career to Real Estate and decided to explore all the fields related, including Property Management, Building Management (HOA), Rentals and Sales, this has provided a strong base to the always competitive Real Estate industry, the kowledge acquired by experiencing it all has provided him all the necessary tools as an integral and trustable Realtor.
His Real Estate service goes beyond finding the property that meets your dreams, his customer service skills provides honesty and security working always in your best interest, he is also known by providing an extraordinary follow up as post-sale assistance.
Alvaro is part of the AMPI (Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals) and member of the MLS (Multi List System).
