The private villa has 20,000 Sq. Ft. of living space & includes a heated infinity pool & poolside Jacuzzi, 2 living areas, elevator, onsite gym & full staff including a chef & bartender.
From the moment you enter Casa Yvonneka the amazing view across the infinity pool of the bay will enchant you, during the day see the cruise ships coming and going, whales and dolphins breaching, at night watch the fireworks and the lights of the town. With an open concept on the main floor with living, dining and kitchen all with 180 degree views thru sliding glass doors left open most of the year thanks to Puerto Vallarta’s amazing climate, flowing onto the terrace with outdoor dining and living and the fabulous infinity pool which seems to merge with the bay. The bright contemporary design has an infusion of Mexican antiques and art, however it is hard to compete with the view.
