Real Estate in Bucerias
Bucerias is a charming beach town that has been a favorite destination for decades, giving merit to its reputation as one of the most visited areas in the Riviera Nayarit. The small fishing and farming village lies along the northern shore of the Banderas Bay. It was founded in the 1930s and residents and visitors will find they stroll the original, hand-laid cobblestone streets. Bucerias is described as what Puerto Vallarta was 50 years ago. The real estate market for homes and condos is very strong in Bucerias. Homes tend to be older and boast traditional Mexican architecture, while condos tend to be newer constructions. Both property types line the beach and provide stunning views of the Banderas Bay, in addition to direct beach access. Bucerias is bustling with foreign investment because it offers the perfect combination of a relaxed community that’s equipped with city-like amenities. The town also offers quite a few similarities to Puerto Vallarta, which is just 30 minutes away.
