Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

At Applegate Realtors, we respect your privacy and provide a transparent way to manage and delete your data associated with our Facebook Login integration.

According to Facebook Platform rules, we must provide a User Data Deletion Instruction URL. If you want to delete your activities for the Applegate Realtors website, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Go to your Facebook Account’s Settings & Privacy. Click Settings.
2. Look for Apps and Websites and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked to your Facebook.
3. Search for Applegate Realtors in the search bar.
4. Scroll and click Remove.

Manual Data Deletion Request (ARCO Rights)

If you wish to permanently delete your user account and all associated data from our internal database (including email and profile information), please follow our standard ARCO Rights procedure as outlined in our Privacy Policy:

• Email your request to: info@applegaterealtors.com
• Subject: Data Deletion Request (ARCO Rights)
• Information to include: Your full name and the email address used for the account.

We will process your request and confirm the deletion within 20 working days, as per local regulations.
