Google Data Deletion Instructions

At Applegate Realtors, we provide a transparent way to manage and delete your data associated with our Google Login integration.

To revoke our application’s access to your Google account or request data deletion, please follow these steps:

Revoke Access via Google

1. Go to your Google Account Security Settings.
2. Under “Third-party apps with account access,” select Applegate Realtors.
3. Click Remove Access.

Manual Data Deletion Request (ARCO Rights)

If you wish to permanently delete your user account and all associated data from our internal database (including email and profile information), please follow our standard ARCO Rights procedure as outlined in our Privacy Policy:

• Email your request to: info@applegaterealtors.com
• Subject: Google Data Deletion Request (ARCO Rights)
• Information to include: Your full name and the Gmail address used for the account.

We will process your request and confirm the deletion within 20 working days.
